TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Identification

All guests must provide a valid form of government-issued identification matching the name used during the reservation process. The name on the ID must match the name provided at the time of booking.

Smoking Policy

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Guests who violate the no-smoking policy will automatically forfeit their security deposit.
Guests may request or use the designated smoking area if they wish to smoke.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the property, However, service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws, provided proper documentation is presented. Guests accompanied by service animals will be required to show valid certification upon arrival at the property.

Payment

The full payment for the reservation is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your stay.

Deposit (Incidentals)

Stripsuite reserves the right to hold a credit or debit card deposit (provided at the time of booking) for any incidental charges. We also reserve the right to charge this card for any damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.

Amenities

Guests understand and accept that some amenities may be limited due to public health, maintenance, or other reasons. The unavailability of any or all amenities will not constitute a breach of this agreement.

Additional Charges

Stripsuite reserves the right to charge the guest's credit/debit card for any:

Excessive use of utilities
Damage to the property
Violation of any terms and conditions

All such charges will be at the sole discretion of the host.

Falsified Reservations

Any reservation made under false pretenses will result in forfeiture of advance payments and deposits, and the guest(s) will not be allowed to check in.

Guest Conduct / Parties / Noise

Guests agree to maintain appropriate noise levels and comply with local nuisance ordinances. Stripsuite reserves the right to:

Impose fines for disturbances.
Evict guests immediately for serious violations, with no refund of rental payments.

Cancellations by Stripsuite

In the event Stripsuite must cancel your booking for any reason, you will be notified promptly and receive a full 100% refund of any amount paid.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or disruptions.
Stripsuite is not liable for any consequential damages due to cancellations.

Hold Harmless and Indemnity

Stripsuite shall not be held liable for any injuries or damage to guests or their personal property due to acts, actions, or negligence of the guest(s). Guests agree to indemnify and hold the host harmless from any claims arising from such acts or negligence by themselves or their invitees.

Quiet Enjoyment

Guests agree not to disturb the peace and quiet enjoyment of neighboring residents. Any violations may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund.

Governing Laws

All terms and conditions are subject to applicable as per local laws by the Goverment.

Certification

By booking with us, the guest(s) certify that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and will comply with them throughout the duration of their stay.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive customer service and informational messages from Stripsuite.
Message frequency may vary. On average, you may receive 1–2 messages per month.
