Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel 15 days or more before 6:00 PM (GMT-07:00), based on the property's local time, will not be charged any cancellation fee.

Guests who cancel less than 15 days before 6:00 PM (GMT-07:00), including no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Refund Policy

If a cancellation is made within the allowed time frame as per the cancellation policy, the refundable amount will be returned to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card) within 7 to 8 business days from the date of cancellation.

Please note: If the cancellation falls near a weekend or public holiday, delays may occur due to bank closures.
Modifications and Exceptions

Reservation Modifications: Changes to reservation dates are allowed up to 15 days before 6:00 PM (GMT-07:00), based on the property’s local time.

Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or unused nights.
External Disruptions
No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Utility outages (e.g., power, internet, hot water)

Natural events (e.g., floods, heavy snowfall)

Other disruptions (e.g., nearby construction, noise, mandatory evacuations)
Dispute Resolution
Direct Resolution Approach:
Guests are encouraged to report any issues directly to the property manager or contact our customer service team. We prioritize resolving concerns promptly and fairly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Acknowledgment of Terms
By booking a property with Stripsuite, guests agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy. These terms are based on accurate property descriptions, reviews, and photographs provided at the time of booking. Acceptance of this policy is required to complete a reservation.
